Venezuela, I believe in you is the initiative with which we chose to accompany Venezuelans from what we know best how to do: enable possibilities through trust.
On June 24th, Venezuela changed.
Since then, thousands of families, businesses, and communities have begun a recovery process that each person experiences differently. While some areas continue to face the most difficult consequences of the emergency, in many others Venezuelans are gradually beginning to reorganize their lives, reopen their businesses, and resume their daily routines.
At Cashea, we asked ourselves how best to support people, and the answer was to remain true to ourselves.
From day one, we built Cashea on a relationship of trust with millions of Venezuelans. And when that trust is tested, we believe the best way to respond is by expanding our reach, by continuing to believe in Venezuelans.
That's why "Venezuela, I Believe in You" was born . An initiative that reflects how we choose to be present during this time.
As the first step in this initiative, between July 16 and August 15, we will temporarily expand the benefits of Club Cashea Más to all levels.
During this period, all users will have access to more interest-free installments, lower down payments depending on their level, and new options that will give them greater flexibility to achieve what they need right now.
These are some of the main measures in this first phase:
Access to 6 interest-free installments from Level 1
Initial payment reduction based on the level achieved, from 50% for Level 1 to 0% for Level 6
Continued use of the Modo Más Cuotas option, with up to 12 interest-free installments for Level 6 customers at participating retailers that offer this payment method for online purchases.
These measures continue the actions we implemented immediately after the emergency, when we temporarily suspended reactivation fees for users with overdue payments and protected both their points and their achieved level within Club Cashea Más.
This is the first stage of a support program that will continue to evolve according to the country's needs.
We will continue to evaluate new actions to support Venezuelans by doing what we do best: expanding opportunities and continuing to build a relationship based on trust.
